This is very simple and seamless, contact us via either Whatsapp or call with your VIN no at hand, that's all and thereafter our sales representatives will provide you with the correct part for your car.
For minor brake pads or discs replacements, we have an inhouse fitment facility where we could assist at the lowest fitment rates in South Africa. However, for brake disc skimming and clutch kit replacements, we advise you to make advance booking via Whatsapp or calling us on 0872652672.
Warranty policies differ from brand to brand and product category, we advise communication with our sales representatives when purchasing from Korean brake and Clutch (Parts Korea Boksburg).
General Terms of Sales:
1. Any electrical goods return is not accepted and do not carry any guarantees.
2. No goods will be accepted for exchange/refund after 7 days.
3. Damaged / Used parts will not be accepted for returns. 20% handling fee will be charged on goods correctly supplied.
4. No returns accepted if there is: No invoice / Special orders / No original packaging.
5. Card payment can only be refunded back by card or EFT. No cash refunds.
6. DISCLAIMER: The authorized South African distributor of these products “Hyundai South Africa” and “Kia Motors South Africa” is under no obligation to honor the manufacturer’s guarantee / warranties or to provide after-sales services.
Yes. Delivery is charged according to distance of destination within Gauteng. Courier services can also be arranged for clients outside of Gauteng.
No. All orders need to be paid within 7 working days after your quotation has been provided or invoiced. An order will only be successfully booked in once proof of payment has been sent.
Banking details will only be provided once an order is approved. Proof of payment is required to be sent to partskoreaboks@gmail.com or via Whatsapp
Yes you can. However only a portion will be refunded according to your cancellation date prior to collection:
5 days prior collection: 100% refundable
4 days before collection: 70% refundable
3 days before collection: 50% refundable
